🇹🇭 นโยบายการใช้คุกกี้ (ภาษาไทย)

1. คุกกี้คืออะไร?

คุกกี้ (Cookie) คือไฟล์ข้อความขนาดเล็กที่เว็บไซต์ติดตั้งบนเบราว์เซอร์/อุปกรณ์ของท่าน เมื่อท่านเข้าชมเว็บไซต์ คุกกี้ช่วย:

• จดจำท่านในการเข้าเว็บครั้งต่อไป
• รักษาสถานะการ login
• ปรับเนื้อหาให้ตรงกับความต้องการ
• วิเคราะห์การใช้งานเพื่อปรับปรุงเว็บไซต์

นโยบายฉบับนี้อธิบายว่าเว็บไซต์ของ OpsAdmin ("เรา") ใช้คุกกี้และเทคโนโลยีคล้ายคลึง (เช่น local storage, pixel tags) อย่างไร — ใช้คู่กับ นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว (Privacy Policy)

2. ฐานทางกฎหมาย (Legal Basis)

ภายใต้ พ.ร.บ. คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA):

• คุกกี้จำเป็น (Essential) — ใช้ฐาน "สัญญา" / "ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย" → ไม่ต้องขอความยินยอม
• คุกกี้อื่นๆ ทั้งหมด — ต้องได้รับ ความยินยอม (consent) จากท่านก่อน

ท่านสามารถ:

• ปฏิเสธคุกกี้ที่ไม่จำเป็นได้ทุกเมื่อ
• ถอนความยินยอมได้ทาง cookie banner หรือ Cookie Preferences
• จัดการคุกกี้ผ่านการตั้งค่าเบราว์เซอร์

3. ประเภทคุกกี้ที่เราใช้

🟢 Essential Cookies (จำเป็น — เปิดเสมอ)

จำเป็นต่อการทำงานพื้นฐานของเว็บไซต์ ไม่สามารถปิดได้

🔵 Functional Cookies (ฟังก์ชัน — opt-in)

ช่วยให้เว็บจำการตั้งค่าและปรับให้เหมาะกับท่าน

🟡 Analytics Cookies (วิเคราะห์ — opt-in)

ช่วยให้เราเข้าใจว่าผู้ใช้ใช้งานเว็บอย่างไร เพื่อปรับปรุงบริการ — ข้อมูลถูก aggregate ไม่ระบุตัวตน

หมายเหตุ: เราใช้ Plausible เป็นหลัก เพราะไม่เก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล หากใช้ GA4 จะตั้ง anonymize_ip + no advertising signals

🔴 Marketing Cookies (การตลาด — opt-in)

ใช้สำหรับ retargeting และวัดผลโฆษณา

หมายเหตุ: หากท่านปฏิเสธ marketing cookies เราจะไม่ติดตามการเข้าชมของท่านเพื่อโฆษณา แต่ท่านอาจยังเห็นโฆษณาของเราในแพลตฟอร์มอื่น (เพียงแต่จะไม่ตรงตามความสนใจของท่าน)

5. การจัดการคุกกี้

5.1 ผ่าน OpsAdmin

• Cookie Banner — ตอนเข้าเว็บครั้งแรก เลือก Accept / Reject / Customize
• Cookie Preferences — ปุ่ม "🍪 ตั้งค่าคุกกี้" ที่ footer ของทุกหน้า → เปลี่ยนการตัดสินใจได้ทุกเมื่อ

5.2 ผ่านเบราว์เซอร์

ท่านสามารถลบ/ปิดคุกกี้ในเบราว์เซอร์ของท่านได้:

• Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
• Firefox: Options → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
• Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
• Edge: Settings → Privacy → Cookies

⚠️ คำเตือน: การปิด essential cookies จะทำให้เว็บไม่สามารถทำงานได้ตามปกติ

5.3 Opt-out จาก third-party analytics

• Google Analytics: ติดตั้ง Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
• Meta: Ads Settings
• Do Not Track (DNT): เราเคารพ DNT signal — หากเปิด เราจะไม่โหลด marketing cookies

Third-party cookies (Google, Meta, TikTok ฯลฯ) จะส่งข้อมูลไป servers ของพวกเขาในต่างประเทศ — รายละเอียดดูใน Privacy Policy ข้อ 7

8. สิทธิ์ของท่าน

ท่านมีสิทธิ์ทั้งหมดตาม PDPA ตามที่ระบุใน Privacy Policy ข้อ 9 รวมถึง:

• สิทธิ์ถอนความยินยอมเรื่องคุกกี้ทุกเมื่อ
• สิทธิ์เข้าถึงข้อมูลที่เราเก็บผ่านคุกกี้
• สิทธิ์ลบข้อมูล

9. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้:

• หากมีการเพิ่ม third-party หรือเปลี่ยนประเภท cookie สำคัญ — แจ้งล่วงหน้า 30 วัน + ขอ consent ใหม่
• การเปลี่ยนเล็กน้อย (เช่น แก้ typo) — อัปเดต Last Updated เท่านั้น

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files websites install on your browser/device. When you visit a site, cookies help:

• Remember you on return visits
• Maintain login state
• Customize content
• Analyze usage to improve the site

This Policy explains how OpsAdmin's website ("we") uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, pixel tags) — used alongside our Privacy Policy.

2. Legal Basis

Under the Thai Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA):

• Essential cookies — basis: contract / legitimate interest → no consent required
• All other cookies — require explicit consent before deployment

You may:

• Reject non-essential cookies anytime
• Withdraw consent via cookie banner or Cookie Preferences
• Manage via browser settings

We primarily use Plausible as it does not collect personal data. GA4 (if used) is configured with anonymize_ip + no advertising signals.

🔴 Marketing Cookies (opt-in)

For retargeting and ad performance measurement

If you reject marketing cookies, we won't track your visits for advertising, but you may still see our ads on other platforms (just not personalized).

5.1 Via OpsAdmin

• Cookie Banner — on first visit, choose Accept / Reject / Customize
• Cookie Preferences — "🍪 Cookie Settings" button in every page footer

5.2 Via Browser

• Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
• Firefox: Options → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
• Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
• Edge: Settings → Privacy → Cookies

⚠️ Disabling essential cookies will break site functionality.

5.3 Opt-out Third-party Analytics

• Google Analytics: Opt-out add-on
• Meta: Ads Settings
• Do Not Track (DNT): We honor DNT signals — marketing cookies will not load

Third-party cookies transfer data to providers' servers abroad — see Privacy Policy §7

8. Your Rights

You have all PDPA rights from Privacy Policy §9, including:

• Withdraw cookie consent anytime
• Access cookie-collected data
• Delete data

We may update this Policy:

• Adding third-party or new cookie category → 30 days' notice + re-consent
• Minor changes (typo fixes) → only Last Updated change

📝 Implementation Notes (Internal)

• Audit actual cookies on production site → update Section 3
• Choose analytics tool: Plausible recommended (privacy-friendly, no consent banner needed for it alone)
• If using GA4: enable IP anonymization + disable advertising features
• Set do-not-track header check in cookie banner JS
• Implement cookie_banner.html (see companion file)
• Test banner on mobile + desktop
• Verify cookie deletion when user revokes consent
• Add Cookie Settings link in footer of every page
• Document cookie audit process (review every 6 months)
